1. What we collect

When you subscribe: your name, email address and WhatsApp number. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe; we only receive the status of your subscription.

When you use the assistant: the messages you exchange with it, the VINs you request, and the reports generated for you.

2. How we use it

To deliver the reports you request, manage your subscription and credits, answer support requests and protect the service against abuse.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments. Our report data provider, which receives only the VIN. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which carries the messages. Our hosting provider, where the data is stored.

4. Retention

We keep your account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

5. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it or ask for its deletion by writing to vcusacorp@outlook.com. We answer within 30 days.
